Great app
App is really easy to use. I was struggling to find plus size bridesmaids dresses until I came across chi chi curve. I ordered a selection for us to choose from. The dresses are of a really good quality and chi chi has a great returns policy which means I don’t need to stress about dresses anymore and can order my other bridesmaid a dress.Show lessgemzy1001e

Unable to log in
I have had an account for quite some time and while finally deciding to give up some space in my phone for the app it has proven to be a disappointment. I have yet to receive an email with the password reset request.Karens1024

Cannot check out
Downloaded app to get the discount.
When trying to check out you end up in a never ending loop of adding your check out details and it asking you to log in. Doesn’t remember that you are logged in. Gave up and ordered on the web browser version.Abiald
Could be great
Had loads of issues & it took several attempts to get my order through.
First issue was a bag - showed in stock on the app, couldn’t check out until I removed the bag (after seeing it wasn’t available on the website).
Sorted that, checked out, asked to log in - came up with loads of script!
Eventually managed to check out as a guest!
If it wasn’t that I had my heart set on the dress/shoes/bag for a wedding, I wouldn’t have bothered with the app and the 10% discount it offered, I’d have reverted back to the website.Show lessMrsJCC17

Super slow and difficult to check out
When checking out, keeps returning back to your bag. App is generally very slow making it almost impossible to complete the purchase. Had to do it through the website insteadarora0078201
