Improvement is needed
I recently made my first purchase via the app. I’ve given 3 stars as it is a good app to use and finding what you want/need, however what I found strange was that people cannot leave reviews on items that they have purchased.
The two dresses I bought, I ended up returning as they did not look as the picture showed, they seemed to be a cheaper material which caused the dress to be slightly see through, the quality was not good and the sizes came up bigger. I think if they had a section where people could review/rate the items they purchase that would be a good idea especially as you have to pay a return fee for each item you purchase and return.Show lessDeveloper Response

I don’t like to be forced to download an app to find the status of an order and even worse you can’t track anyway, as neither the link to Royal Mail or the app or emails have the tracking number.Developer Response
Hi there, I am sorry to read this. You don't need to download the app to track your order, this is just an option. You can also log into the website and you will see all order details there. I love the app. Easy to use, love the filters, especially shopping by occasion. The only thing is you can’t click on the item you’ve bought in your order history to make the picture bigger to see what you’ve bought whilst you’re waiting for your clothes to arrive!
