I’ve been an ING Homebank client for many years and that app was for sure the best banking app In Romania. It is beyond my understanding why we’ve been forced to separate our personal and business accounts after so much time they were easily accessible in one place. The new business app is clunky, completely non-user friendly, takes a long time to load and is simply 20 steps back from the simple intuitive interface of the old app. Plus, once I’ve switched to a new iphone12 it doesn’t load at all, so I now need to do my business banking via the website interface, which is just as bad. Why, ING Romania? Why?
