Love it!!
At first I used Malcom’s app to see how the pro’s prepare the meats along with time and temps.. Now I use it to get ideas and change the recipes to make them to my taste.. However, sometimes it’s best to leave it alone and make it the exact way he describes it in the videos..Keith1969112
