Bottom line is you can spend a week playing and still end up no where, unless you pay!
Adventures are based on items dropped from crates. Crates can be unlocked with time or payment.
You can not advance without payment. Another EA modelled game . There is a reason why there rating is 3 stars and falling.
Possible changes should revolve around keeping f2p not losing them.

I'm sorry for your negative experience and will try to improve the game to make it clear that you can open crates immediately- time or payment just give an extra reward. Adventures are based on keys that you get after each Arena win. And you can crazy advance without payment as most of our top players did. I hope you give the game another shot since you liked it, but we did a poor job with the tutorial.Another game that plays you
Okay, I understand the principle of a game being free to start and then you paying for unlocks or power up, etc. but this is another game that ends up playing you. Every possible choice is made for you. L8ke a certain character and want to keep playing it? No you don’t! You’re forced to change. Simply want to play arena or adventure? No again. Either change character or wait a week or pay a ridiculous amount of money. No thanks! Uninstalled and nothing purchased. Avoid!Show lessTokoloshgolem

You never need to wait a week. Quests, heroes, and rewards update daily. This game is unbalanced. Once you win a couple rounds it promotes you to higher levels and there is no way to lower so they are trying to force you to spend otherwise you are stuck.Game IrS

Hi, thank you for the feedback, did you tried both Singleplayer Adventures and Multiplayer Arena? Where did you stuck? It might feel a bit harder for a new player, we tried to reduce the difficulty at first, but on the Arena you start to fight with real people where the skill matter a lot.Not much to play
I know the game is new but really so far there’s nothing to play except for arena which gets very boring! With adventure once you play the hero is lock and need gold to unlock so that’s a dead end! So what is the point of releasing the game when it’s not even ready?Wing chau
