Customer service is rude
Customer service is rude not help most of time the still the driver low money. If you cancel charge you but if the app cancel not give u any thing not give u wait time not give u traffic time .
Didnt resolve the issues

Cant update payments on app. Just not working. Please update any issues on time cuz not everybody have time to come to the office for small issues. Everybudy is buzy.

Bad customer service,
I start working with mile drive a month ago and I haven’t received my payment for four weeks and I call And they tell me oh sorry you’re going to receive your payment in today and I Wait and I did not receive my payment I called again and they tell me the same thing over and over again and this is like more than a month without a payment And nobody give me an answer why this is happening I asked for a supervisor and they hung up on me many times this app for me is not good at all even the payment for the ride are so cheap.

They don’t pay
On beginning they said every Tuesday it’s gonna be payout. But i didn’t receive my payment next Tuesday when I called Wednesday they said today it gonna be be payed off but never received.

Do not and I repeat do not work for this company!!! They are frauds very disrespectful and they play with your money. They still owe me $100 dollars they can have it this company won’t last another year. They will be under another name by next year mark my words.
Worst company ever
The most lying company, they don’t care about drivers at all they remove trip from your phone without even letting you know don’t meter for them if u been driving 10 or 20 min towards the trip spent time and gas even happened they paid no show next day they took it back they maybe think drivers don’t follow their trips. One day even the price was one when I picked the trip it changed to lower price I called them they said it’s the access ride change the price not them I don’t know how much it’s correct but as for me they can’t change price after you picked up the trip. fixed trips fare mostly time losing moments for drivers

Guys please whatever you do. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. They are holding my paycheck , they blocked me when I reached out. They try to make you pay to maintenance their vehicles & also never reimburse you. They give you gas cards that you have to hope and pray work, the gas cards literally declined every other week leaving me stranded & having to pay out of pocket to fill the tank, they also never reimbursed me it’s ridiculous after i told them I quit they asked me to wait two days to quit & after I said no they never paid me most unprofessional job I have ever worked I do not see this company lasting long please believe the reviews they are not paying people! They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this !

Be aware they scammer
Don’t do trips for them never pay on time made you do the trip and you have to keep calling them to get paid always headache they charge driver to cancel a trip which is illegal on top their passengers 99 percent don’t showed up you have to wait 30 mins to get cancellation fee which is 3$
Tolls stealing money
They say they pay for tolls when you drive a client who’s trip required a toll fare but take the money back at the end of the week bad service they will pay for it then on Monday pay out day they charge you for all the tolls u took even if it’s with a client smh stealing bad for business calling 311 about this

Stole my payment
Glad you’re reading this review. Trust me you need to stay away from this horrible & momey stealing company, they literally made the account to $0 and never paid. Called them and still never paid. I have nother choice then deleting this app and going for different option. Terrible terrible experience. 👎🏽👎🏽 I wish there was rating below 0 because 1 is still high.
