  • Downgrading my opinion

Didn't this app used to remind us when payment wasn't required? I accidentally submitted parking on a Sunday. When I realized my error, I couldn't undo the payment. The amount was deducted from my parking wallet and was set to start the parking session on the next day when I would be nowhere near the parking location.

I asked for help to receive a refund and was essentially told, 'Oh well, your mistake, your problem. Read signage better next time.' Made feel like this is a money grab when we as users make this kind of mistake when simply trying to do the right thing.

To make this app even better, consistently remind users when payment isn't required and/or add a 'Cancel Parking Session' button in the event a user accidentally pays when payment isn't necessary.
  • No favorite zone feature

They took away one of the best features in the old system. The ability to add frequently used zones as favorites so when you go there the zone number is already available to select and not have to input it every time. I see no improvements in the new app and I see they took away a key feature from the old system. Why did they take a giant step backwards? Will they ever bring it back? The notification feature of when the time is about to expire does not work at all. It worked on the old system. My question to you is how can you take a perfectly good well thought out system and replace it with this junk system and say it’s new and improved? I wish there were no stars in the rating! ☹️
