Constant log out

This app said it would notify me 15 minutes before the session had expired, but instead it logs me out constantly when I’m not using the app. Because of this, was not notified and my session lapsed and got a parking ticket because I hadn’t noticed within 25 minutes. The convenience of being able to pay through your phone is great, but not if it doesn’t remind you as it promises to. Updating - downgrading from 2 to 1 star after I tried multiple times to pay for parking in the app, was told “It looks like the service is temporarily unavailable... Please try again” and tried as many ways as I could without reloading the app. I ended up exiting out of the app and upon reentering, the parking session wasn’t there and neither were my funds.
