Terrible app UI and scammy pricing model
If I’m going to download an app rather than use the payment machine at the parking lot, the app either needs to be faster or cheaper than the machine. Preferably both. In this case, it’s neither.
Not only can you not prepay for parking throughout the week, set a favorite parking lot, or rapidly pay for a site you visit daily, but using the app costs you more than using the machine.
Worse yet, the app will always default to a higher priced parking tier (which every day you have to override) then it’ll charge you an additional dollar on top of that for “service fees.”
Poorly designed and opportunistic pricing. Used it once then deleted.

Waste of time
Pay for parking and still have to waste your time fighting the ticket as they have nothing to do with the other company that patrols the lots. Use another method to pay for your parking and save the headache.
Use at your own peril! Got me a $120 parking ticket.

After seeing the developer’s response to my initial review, I would revise my rating to zero stars if possible. The developer replied that not all lots allow the extension of time through the app, despite my pointing out that I USED THE APP TO EXTEND MY TIME. If the lot doesn’t allow that, then why was that function offered to me in the app?? If this is the case, it’s not simply a bad app, it’s a SCAM!]
The app simply didn’t work. I used it to pay at an expense parking garage in Seattle. I successfully paid for 2 hours of parking. When my expiration time neared, I tried repeatedly to extend it. When I hit the Apply button, the gear just spun and nothing happened. We had good WiFi and cell signal. I gave up after more than a dozen attempts because we were entering family from out of town. I figured I’d settle the bill when we left the garage, but came back to find a $120 parking fine on my windshield. I disputed the ticket and had it reduced to $20, but what an epic fail.

We’re so sorry about your experience. Please note that not all locations offer the ability to extend parking and those that do may have limited availability. Because of this, it is not recommended to stay parked outside the timeframe listed on your pass. Our apologies again for any confusion or frustration!
