Rude staff and poorly run
I have been parking at the parking spot for several years now and I travel relatively frequently. There is a consistent disorganization with how the lot has run more specifically the staff seems not only not knowledgeable but at times incredibly rude. I have been on return flights only for the bus driver to be driving around the parking lot for over 15 minutes. Before they’re able to find anyone’s car, despite having the tickets with the parking information in their hand. I would strongly suggest using park and go, which is a service I used before the Parking Spot. I switched just to check out the parking spot because the location is a little more convenient for me. But I will not be going back and I will plan to return to the park and go.. Additionally, the park goes shuttles come twice more frequently than the parking spot.
