  • Newark NJ

    So far I’ve only ever used the Parking Spot app to leave my car at Newark (EWR) for 5 days. The app was awesome and you could literally see exactly where the shuttle was and when it was coming when get back and are ready to pick up your car. We were able to see that the shuttle was at the terminal before us and quickly got over to the pick up area just as the shuttle was pulling up. It was great. Very happy with the app and the parking spot in general, but again this was my personal experience using the Hayes location which is for Newark NJ airport

  • Very good app, but room for improvement

    I've been using the Parking Spot in this app for a few years and I'm still befuddled by the fact that there is no place within the app to scan a drivers poster to tip them within the app and add that tip to your final bill. It goes outside of the app into your browser where you have to type in your credit card information becauseit won't sync with iPhone and the credit card storage. It absolutely can be done.

  • Good, reliable & awesome staff

    The best parts of traveling via air: Dropping my car off, being picked up by the best shuttle drivers in the world and picking up my car.
    At 4am I’m not at my best- but these people are. Friendly, efficient and helpful. At the end of a long trip I’m rumpled and probably grumpy. Seeing the parking spot shuttle pull up puts me in a good mood. By the time I’m in my car I’m smiling. Thanks guys. You have an awesome team!
