Embarrassing
The app makes entering information complicated. It wants to save information with an “account” when a local save would be fine. When scanning a credit card with the camera it replaces the numbers with stars then won’t take it, but when you enter it manually it also replaces with stars but works. No Apple Pay. In addition the day and time defaults for a parking lot are the dumbest possible auto selects. For a daily lot, why do I need a time? Why don’t you just default to 23:59? So much time spent on “advanced” features that don’t work when the basics don’t work well either.

Barely Functional
Minus one star because although the app repeatedly prompts you to “Add more time,” it won’t allow you to do so until the remaining time runs out completely. This causes a risk of being ticketed for a parking violation during the interim between when the time runs out and a completely new session starts.
Minus another star because although the app repeatedly prompts you to “Add payment method,” it forgets the payment method after the close of each parking session.
Minus another star because although the app has a link called “My Parking Sessions,” no matter how many sessions you’ve bought and paid for, it always reports that you have no parking sessions.
The only thing about the app that works properly is the part that takes your credit card payment after you re-enter the info following the completion of each session that it doesn’t remember.
Minus three stars equals two stars at most.
Apparently this is what you get when a business is granted an effective monopoly in a municipality.

Worst parking app ever!
If I could give a 0 star, I would! I reserved parking to go to a Cubs game at Wrigley Field. Drove 1 & 1/2 hours to get there and find our parking is under construction. What?? Called customer service. Rep tells me they are not based in Chicago so they didn’t know it was under construction. That’s ridiculous! Now I’m stranded. All the rep could offer was a refund. Then tells me they have another parking down the street. I ask rep to transfer my parking pass to that one. She tells me she can’t do that. I asked her, “Why not? This is their mistake.” She hangs up on me. Unacceptable! I will NEVER use this app again! So UNPROFESSIONAL!
