Awful Support
Some of the worst customer support I have ever seen in an app. They will cancel your order, take your money, and not respond to you or give you a refund.
Yep cancelled order last minute
Like others have said, takes orders giving a fake ETA then cancels your order last minute. In my case this was late at night, so I could no longer order from some else.
Tracking not accurate
Unfortunately their tracking doesn’t seem to work at all
Pointless
Like all alcohol delivery services they’ll bring alcohol when the pubs are open but don’t deliver when the pubs are closed. What is the point in this service if you don’t deliver when people actually want alcohol?
Pathetic selection
No premix bourbon or whiskey cans at all. No mainstream beers. No jimmy, no jacks, no great northern, not even drys.
No delivery to inner-city Brisbane
I checked the description and download aded the app. They don't deliver to our area within 5km of Brisbane CBD?!

Don’t deliver in my area. Why???? I’m sure there’s more lazy alcoholics in my area than most others.
Charged but order never arrived
We ordered some wine but it was never delivered. ‘Track your order’ was not working within the app and when we tried to use the chat function we received an auto reply saying they were busy. 24 hours later still no reply to any of our messages. No phone number to call.
Life saver! Must have APP in Sydney
Live in Sydney and don’t have a car. This App is a life saver!
