  • Cannot log in on Home Screen

    I’ve tried for 3 days to log in but just get a circle turning. I reached out to Mary Ely, but no response
  • Portal is awful

    Doesn’t work, can’t log in. I’m getting a pop up saying,”There was an issue processing your request.” I see far more negative reviews than positive.

    Easy to use and does what it needs to do - access to account information, make payments, report issues, etc.

    there are some issues with the screen fitting, but overall, it keeps you signed in and is the same user interface as the online portal via web browser

    It doesn’t show the whole dashboard, so I can’t send ACC requests through it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ There’s even a video that tells you how to send one, and the video shows that you SHOULD be able to see the whole dashboard…

    Don’t waste your time on this app if you are a board member trying use Board View!

    Hardly ever works. Now it says “service not available”. Need to reset password almost every time. Trash app. Developer needs to change line of work.

    The app is useless. Can’t even submit a service request. All you can do is pay your invoice. The HOA itself is useless. The inly thing they’re good at is collecting payments.

    It is difficult to log in, requesting to reset the password does not yield a reset email. The company behind it is equally inefficient. Not surprised the app is not working.
