  • Completely Nonfunctional

    I needed to report an issue and I was “Timed Out” multiple times. It is so slow. I eventually gave up. Save yourself some time and report online or by phone.

    The app is extremely slow and it does not let you input locations manually or by searching. There’s never suggested addresses that pop up like the app says it does. You can’t file an issue if they require an address. Horrible app

  • Maps Not Loading

    With current version of app the map to report an issue / the location is not working and stays loading / saying “please wait”. Very frustrating / can’t report anything
