DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CARD UNLOCKED
Had to eventually lock my debit card and run through MULTIPLE loopholes because they kept charging me for a subscription that I wasn’t even able to cancel. I’ve been trying to contact their email for A MONTH now and I still heard nothing back from them. They will charge you $45 every month and you’d have no way of knowing UNTIL you look at your transaction history on your card which is unfortunately how I found out I have $180 less in my account. I’ve been trying to request a refund on paddle.net (which is apparently what they use) and I’ve gotten absolutely nothing. It took TWO conversations with a bot to finally even cancel the subscription successfully despite being told by the bot that it already has been cancelled, and everytime I’d try to request a refund I was met with the same answer. I haven’t managed to find somebody that was able to help me on paddle.net and I’ve sent MULTIPLE emails to the company that has this app, it’s been over a MONTH and I still do not have any response.fartshithead6999

I purchased a one month subscription in august. They again charged me in September. I asked for a refund and they said I was all set. They then charged me AGAIN in October. I asked for a refund and a cancellation again and they asked me to provide information to cancel. I provided it, and they assured me a customer service rep would he with me. It’s been a week and I have heard nothing. Today, they tried to debit my account AGAIN. These people are quite literally stealing money and ignoring my attempts to cancel. BEWARE.EAsports06rf
Hassle to use. Hassle to get refund
I had technical troubles from the start. I had to choose another app which worked effectively. Asked for refund explaining my reasons. They require lots of info to even consider refund. But first you have to try to have tech support work through your issues. Then you reach an impersonal Emily Watson. Not sure if she a computer generated response as it responds in a cold and unfeeling manner. Anyway I gave up.Gigi20:
Great app accurate at looking for duplicate contact and pictures
I just started to use this app and very accurate and up-to-date on finding contact and photos duplicate. The only drawback that it crashes during the first time I used the similar photos sections but that has only happened once.Smw1211
Great for merging contacts
I had like 300 duplicate contacts in my phone and this app merged them in 15 seconds! Not that having the same contact twice is a big deal, but whenever anyone called it would say “Lori Burns or Lori Burns,” rather than just one name, which kinda got annoying. Anyway, this app fixed that issue quickly!HatterasSarah
Don’t waste your time
There is no method of recovering deleted text messages thru this app. It’s a pretty useless app and misrepresented in the App Store.Twistalime
