Misleading!!!!! There’s only live audio streaming for the season games. Do not waste your money by subscribing!
Why in the world would i spend over $50 + a foreign transaction fee for audio commentaries and match highlight videos that i can access for free on youtube? Thats dumb. They do have some “exclusive” videos such as the Antonio conte documentary but that’s pretty much it lol.
After i realized i that i wasn’t going to get live video commentaries, i emailed for a refund or at least a partial refund and heres what they said: “Unfortunately, per terms and conditions we will not be able to offer you any refunds.”🤷♀️

Live match
I thought that when I bought the subscription I can easily watch the live match because it says it can watch live match. However, when I pay it I am only able to watch live commentary. Why would I pay to watch live commentary. I bought the subscription because I am a spurs fan but this experience is a bit sad

Live Video playback has major bugs
I have been trying to watch the Spurs vs Roma game only to be greeted by a black screen, iPhone, iPad both have the same result…. Even if I try and watch an existing video from the archives, same issue - the video player is black, unresponsive and has a live icon bottom left covered by the scrub bar. It’s clearly an issue with Live Video and the third part video player library being used.
Sort it out chaps, I’ll never understand why you don’t use the native iOS player, the analytics surely aren’t worth it over UX 🤦🏼♂️

Hide the scores!
It would great if the app didn’t reveal the results automatically, cos I’d like to watch the replays without knowing the score (I watch games the next day as I’m in Australia) Is it possible to turn this feature off?

As an ios app there’s nothing wrong with it but most people want to watch the videos on their tv and download the app on their Apple TV. Unfortunately In it’s current version there is no support for appletvos.
Airplay still not working

Loving the new app and it’s layout and subscribed to SPURSPLAY only issue is casting to my Chromecast after about 30secs it shows an error message and stops whatever is playing live matches or just normal videos, please sort out bug ASAP

I bought the subscription to Spurs Play and was under the impression I could cast it to my TV. However, I can’t cast live games, even though I’m able to cast other videos… I hope others can see this so they are aware of it before they buy a subscription!
