Tracking breakdown
There is now meal categories nor totals for what is tracked. Just happy or sad facesDeveloper Response
Thank you CkinLGB for your review! Our goal is to turn from conventional grams counts to rather showing which products are recommended/not recommended for consumption to help one making healthy meal choices.Gluten free please
This is a great idea , but needs improvement .
A selection of portion size would be helpful example-1/4 cup or teaspoon etc. I am also celiac so gluten free choices would be nice. My food is a scratch made meal. I do eat out but only at restaurants or bakeries that are dedicated gluten free. I will continue using the app and trying to figure out portions on my own sodium potassium on my own . Almond flour ,brown& white rice flour, tapioca, guar gum, tapioca startch, Corn ,potato, cassava, & chestnut flours.
I do wish you continued success. Finally a very helpful tool to manage basic food intake for a person that eats commercially prepared or packaged foods.

Thank you Vonda Leiservonma for your review! We constantly improving our app, we appreciate your suggestion and support!I am lost.
I just installed the app and it wants me to check off a color without telling me what it means. The whole label scan thing is weird too, because people with kidney disease should not eat processed food, and most packaged food is processed. I found it impossible to record fresh fruit, salad, stir fry, and other essentials of a healthy diet. I must be missing something.
Stage 3 kidney disease is dangerous, because during this stage, we are 22% more likely to have a heart attack than others, so I thought heart and kidney together was a perfect combo. However, neither the UI nor scanning procedures make much sense to me.Show lessDeveloper Response
Thank you BrennaBiserka for trying DecideDiet app! Please email our support to help navigating the app info@decidediet.comNot for homemade foods
This App seems to be more tailored for processed foods which a person with renal insufficiency / disease should not eat.Inconsistent
I notice that some of the same items populate with different recommendations. Example: tuna. One brand came up with yellow/orange and another (exact same label reading) was green. Saw this with beverage as well propel berry is listed as green and red. Really makes it hard to discern which is accurate, especially when learning the new lifestyle.Show lessDeveloper Response

Doesn’t monitor phosphorus, doesn’t allow sodium changes,Developer Response
Thank you ustketoas for your review! We constantly working on adding more food and update existing food database together with its nutrients, thank you for suggestion you made on phosphorous! Sodium control can not be turned off due to broad recommendation for renal diseases.Almost great
Agree with another reviewer: this app would be perfect except for too many items that are “green” only because there’s no info reported, and there’s no way to edit items by hand, which would be a way to get around that problem.Developer Response
