Useless not helpful txt is so faint

Sadly my support providers use this app. As their client unable to communicate/ message, txt is so faint. Is terrible seriously the developers need to rethink! If a business use this then I think it may reflect badly on the service they provide, very poor!

Too many Issues

I’d like to thank the Brevity App Creators for this amazing app. However, it’s unfortunate that over the years ( over two years now) this app has failed its main interface functions. For instance, the log in and log out functions are a nightmare. I have had to log in at the beginning to f my shift and then after my shift ends, I find out the the log in was not registered so I have to start shift and end shift at the end of my shift. Another issue is trying to save notes. Notes get saved, signed, stars rated and then submitted, but then I find out later the notes weren’t saved properly so will need multiple attempts to save the notes and re-submit again. Can the Brevity App Team please rectify these issues please. Cheers

Terrible

Terrible terrible company who don’t know what they doing. I can’t even log in anymore since. This people who made this app is terrible. I’m going to tell people not to download this app.

Basic

I’m using this app just for plan management. It’s very handy to have but the app looks rather basic. One change I’d like to see is the order of invoices. It would be far better if the app listed invoices from newest to oldest. When I jump on the app, I primarily want to see what’s just come in, not what came in a few months ago. It’s not so bad atm when I have less than twenty invoices listed. But it’s going to be really annoying in a few months when I have a stack of them. One way around this issue is for the app developers to provide a sort function for the list.
Another function I’d like to see is the ability to export invoices. Occasionally I want a copy of an invoice and there’s no way to get this from the app other than doing a screenshot, which is clumsy.

Great app

Great app. Easy to use and has face recognition or fingerprint log in so I don’t need to enter password each time. Able to use the speech to text option for easy note taking at the end of my shifts. Would definitely recommend it

Terrible app

This app needs to do better. The latest updates have been a nightmare with login issues and now when I go in it goes offline and I can’t see any of my shifts. It always has issues.
Also, why does it always ask to enter vehicle registration?
The app needs an overhaul to increase it’s functionality. There are many other apps that provide the same service that are much easier to use. It is unfortunate that my current work place has this in place and have no choice but to use it

Cannot connect to server

It says could not retrieve data from the server when I was logging in to end my shift yesterday until now. .All the datas were gone, even though I had internet connection. Please fix this.

Offline mode

It keeps switching offline mode even I have a strong internet connection. I deleted Apps and install few times; I turn off my iPhone and turn off and on the internet, hoping it would work. Frustrating as I can't retrieve the file and read the note.

Garbage

Fixed the Face ID issue
But now it’s not connecting to server and keeps logging in under offline mode
This app has been nothing but problems since my company started using it

Every update gets worse

Clunky.. to say the least. It’s made for over sensitive touch. With tiny [x] to close message windows - not mobile screen friendly for fingertips. Drops out from the server. Continually have to manually log in - I have an iPhone without Face ID so this latest update keeps saying ‘no connection to the server - will run in offline mode’ goes straight back to log in screen - manually load details - get same message- repeat forever...
always asks for vehicle registration even when you haven’t logged any Kms.
A “help” chat function would be handy and proper sized [okay] or [exit] tiles to select not to right corner [x] to close a message pop up.
