    Weโ€™ve enjoyed and appreciated this app. from the moment it was first out.

    I know personnel recently changed with whoever puts out the notices. Please return to putting ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐™จ๐™ฅ๐™š๐™˜๐™ž๐™›๐™ž๐™˜ ๐™ฉ๐™ค๐™ฌ๐™ฃ/๐™ซ๐™ž๐™ก๐™ก๐™–๐™œ๐™š in the headline/title of the alert(i.e., Road Hazzard-St. James).

    My family and I have this app for the traffic alerts. However, theyโ€™ve become less helpful and more cumbersome. No specific towns and only street names make it challenging, along with having to read the entire message to realize it doesnโ€™t pertain to me. Itโ€™s just not as efficient.

  • Whereโ€™s my notifications?

    V 4.0.1. I used to get notifications, then they stopped. iPhone 13. All notifications are โ€˜allowedโ€™ in both app and phone settings. I deleted and re-installed the app. No joy. Itโ€™s too bad as I once found the notifications useful.

  • Do not upgrade

    Stay with the old version on the app. I recently updated and I regret it. The best part of the old app was the Public Safety updates which now are not usefully. They appear on the Home Screen but are not clickable to view the entire message. You now have to drill down to read the full message.
