Over 75 pounds lost
This is the only program that has worked for me. The key to this program is the coaching. The support from my coach and accountability is just what I needed. Once you get the hang of the new way of eating it’s relatively easy and sustainable. The recipes are simple and quick, there is nothing to buy except for regular whole foods that you can get at any supermarket. FoodFuels has literally changed my life. I feel amazing, I’m more physically active, I look good in clothes, my skin is better…just everything I love it. I’ve lost 75 lbs in about 7 months and have maintained it through the summer months. I signed up for a 5k run in the fall and can’t wait to go skiing this winter. I haven’t had any problems w the app on my iPhone and I find it super easy to navigate. If you put in the work you’ll reach your goal I have no doubt!
