Works well but minor improvements needed

Great app but mine does not show the button to turn off and on the In&box using the app. Would be nice if that worked

Expensive and WiFi never works in app..

Expensive subs which if miss a month even by error you’re airbag won’t work.. the WiFi in app is a nightmare and hardly ever works. Throwing it in the trash for a new Alpinestars non sub vest instead.

CarPlay

Nice they added CarPlay to the app for when your phone is in your pocket and your CarPlay is on your bike…… but their implementation doesn’t really do anything. You can’t change modes and if you pull your phone out to make a change, CarPlay doesn’t update

In&box

The system does the business and does it in a reliable, uncomplicated and professional way. Having tested the system in a 100km/hr racing low side I can now say this company has earned my trust in all aspects of the product.
I look forward to what they develop next.

Good app but…

Does everything it says like checking battery and inflator status but I can’t seem to get it to record my mileage. Today 12th May 2024 - I rode for 45 miles but according to the app I haven’t done any mileage at all. I synced the app before and after my ride and I’ve also uninstalled/re-installed it (twice) and still nothing. Although oddly it has recorded by March mileage which wasn’t there before! Also the Bluetooth function to turn the unit on/off doesn’t work. I’ve got the latest version of the app and my iPhone 14 Plus is up to date.

** Update **
OK the app does turn the unit off/on - but it doesn’t turn it on if the unit has switched itself off.

What a terrible people

Bought one piece suite for the track
Found I have to pay $120 a year extra just to use it… okay paid it…
Only to find that I have to pay extra $96 a year for a track use .
Well done got me truly.

Advice- avoid they are is savages and scum .
If you read this, it is probably too late. If not give you jacket/suite back and go elsewhere.

Poor app and support

Don’t usually leave a review, but really disappointed with this.

Even after selecting English as the preferred language on this (and the website) a bunch of it is in French. Emailed support about an issue using the online form, nothing heard…(I’m not calling an international number for support too). The subscription page is buggy, if you select ‘OK’ instead of ‘next’ it messes the process up and unable to go back into it.

Says order received. Then got an email saying payment has failed…for what, the subscription or box order? It doesn’t have an order attached to the email and the box is sent for free anyway? Yet the order appears/may has gone through on the app/site. Says ‘here is the delivery tracking of your parcel’ —with nothing there. Just everything is unnecessarily confusing, with a lack of support, when I need the box for racing this weekend…annoyed.

Great airbag, horrible app

I like the AI airbag, crowdsource data, cool physical product.

This version of the app has this horrible red pop-up about rating the app it’s ridiculous.

You’re on your motorcycle if you want to look at battery level you have to click past a red marketing banner 😡 I swear to God sales people are ruining the world. This is a safety tool safety app stop marketing while I’m using the thing.

Big Red Review pop up 😡 request

Why does the latest version of the app have a big Redbox in the middle of the screen asking for an application review 🤬 this is a safety hazard if you’re using the app while riding and look down on your phone for your airbag status, you see what looks like a big red warning. That red box makes the suggestion the airbag isn’t working.

sales guys are ruining the world.

I have probably 10 K miles on my airbag. I ride with it consistently and love the product. I recommend it often to other riders.
stop letting sales people break the user interface and ruin the experience.
