For a company that has come so far in medical advances you’d think a simple app would be fairly easy for them to implement 🤷🏼♀️ So, so disappointed in this.

The app is an additional tool to support the life of patients with devices, and it has no influence on the performance of our implanted devices. Nevertheless, it is an important product to us, which we are working hard on to improve. But sometimes depending on the underlying reason and priorities it takes some time to implement feedback and fix issues in the app – like in your case.
