Program activities are designed mainly for couch potatoes and site includes advice like a fitness watch might not be right for you because it expects 10,000 steps. First, this shows an ignorance of today’s devices ability to adjust to the wearer’s level of fitness. Second, it is patronizing, and third, it does not recognize the number of highly fit seniors who still bike, run, hike, and swim long distances.
