Language selection and power switch works. Every other button brings up a pop up saying the device is not turned on.Maestro Pro 4D from Costco
Connect to the osaki Bluetooth with your phone and then connect with the app. It’s in Chinese until you are connected then the app seems to work fine.Abandonware. Not updated in years.
Language setting is ignored. All text is in Chinese. No longer connects to chair. They are still selling these new through costco but manufacturer has clearly abandoned the app. Other apps by the company seem similarly abandoned. Raises questions about product quality and support.Need updates for IOS 16

Please fix this. The chair is almost useless without the Bluetooth app. You’ll force many people to return their chair to Costco if you do not fix. This chair is too expensive to stop supporting less than a year after it’s been sold.This work but not in English!

I’ve tried all the Osaki apps but none of them work with my Osaki massage chair. I can connect Bluetooth for music but not the app. Even though this was part of the feature set
