This chair cost too much money to leave the app and firmware in this state. I want to love it but I just like it a little. Please tell me there’s an update coming or I’ll ship it back!

5 stars if you could save massage settings
every time i have to go in and enable my manual massage settings. it would be so much better if there was an option to save a massage preset and enjoy the amazing massage the osaki gives. 5 star chair but app needs small improvements.

It allows you to select english as your language, but then all the wording is still in Chinese. The app is unusable.

Chinese characters
Same issue as the previous reviewer. Even though English was selected menu options shows up in Chinese whenever an option is selected. This app is not usable until this problem is fixed.

Pop-ups in Chinese
Please fix this. The app is set in English, but for some weird reason everything that pops up is in Chinese instead of English.

All the error messages and sub screens are in Chinese even with English set as the main language .
