Apple Advice iOS 13
Update: I deleted the old app and downloaded the new app. After several attempts I finally got the doorbell connected to my WiFi. It is now on my iPhone 11 but I have a black screen and the button is flashing blue and red. I have tried everything I can think of. Any suggestions? I purchased another brand of smart doorbell which uses the Tosee app and it is working fine.
The doorbells seem very similar in almost every way.
Since my smart doorbell no longer works with this app, I contacted VIVITAR support and was told to contact Apple. They said that it is up to the smart doorbell developers to fix this issue. So...how long before the fix?UPDATE...I informed VIVITAR Support what Apple said and they wrote back stating that they have submitted the information to the appropriate department for action. I sure hope that it won’t take long. An update would surely be appreciated!!!!!Gotta hack it
If u use an android or different phone to set it up. Then share using the qc code option u can set it up on the iPhone with recent 13 iOS. Just set mine up using that method.Money Back
