Apple Advice iOS 13
Update: I deleted the old app and downloaded the new app. After several attempts I finally got the doorbell connected to my WiFi. It is now on my iPhone 11 but I have a black screen and the button is flashing blue and red. I have tried everything I can think of. Any suggestions? I purchased another brand of smart doorbell which uses the Tosee app and it is working fine.
The doorbells seem very similar in almost every way.
Since my smart doorbell no longer works with this app, I contacted VIVITAR support and was told to contact Apple. They said that it is up to the smart doorbell developers to fix this issue. So...how long before the fix?UPDATE...I informed VIVITAR Support what Apple said and they wrote back stating that they have submitted the information to the appropriate department for action. I sure hope that it won’t take long. An update would surely be appreciated!!!!!1DBAlexa2
Gotta hack it
If u use an android or different phone to set it up. Then share using the qc code option u can set it up on the iPhone with recent 13 iOS. Just set mine up using that method.Chunks km

I’ve had it for months, worked great. I just bought the new iPhone 11 and the camera won’t install. Y’all need to update the software.BabyHoff

Not a Happy Customer
Will this app be updated to go with the new Apple iOS 13.1.2uodate? Had to delete a camera because of a problem. Now, with the new update I can not reinstall the camera. Frustrated!!Not a happy customer in NJ
Timely notifications please
Love the doorbell! Was easy to install and has great quality images....my issue is that I don’t always get notifications of motion at my door or they come late!!!! Yes, my notifications are set to persistent in my settings....Peace N Blessings
Very difficult
I spent hours reading and re- reading how to get my iPhone to work with this video doorbell! I am very good with technology so this was super frustrating! Once it was working it was great- but good luck getting there!Rnackbc
