Its been over a week waiting for my missing items to be delivered. I have been contacting customer service almost everyday and nothing has been delivered

I received a dying plant and it’s been over a month. Everytime I contact customer service they inform me that they will take the necessary action and then completely ignore my request. Customer service falsely promised me with returning the plant over 3 times. You seriously need to address this poor service, and ask the nurseries not to fool your clients with the worst plant quality!

Plant a Life, Arrange Joy!🌷🌿The interface is great, easy to use and navigate. Good amount of plants and plant related things. Delivery is quick and my experiences with the app so far have all been great. I wish more nurseries would join.

When a product is sold out they higher the price the next time it's available.
That if it will be available.
Customer service is genuinely bad. Contacted them through different platforms with zero care from their behalf. I wouldn't recommend at all.
