Best way to start the day
Haven’t been to Roxberry in a long time (none close to where I live). Stop in to get a smoothie. Still as good as ever. Going to make time for one more often.
Code Never Sent
I can’t make an order because it needs to send a code to my phone, but no matter how many times I tried (or changed numbers) it would never send.
Don’t like the app
Order from Roxberry at 9:25, but the app said that it would be ready around 9:45, and we were already there and there was no customers in Roxberry, so we thought we could check in early because there was no one there but no we couldn’t so we had to wait there for twenty minutes.
First visit
Excellent service from a gentleman who helped me with my first order and he was very helpful. Loved the smoothie!
App works okay - rewards is a waste of time
For months now every time I go to Roxberry I’m asked if I want to give them my ph number to get points. Here I thought, after buying 20+ smoothies I should have a free smoothie or two! So I sign into the app. and have a whopping $2.50 in credits. For anyone who does math that’s about a .1% return. Not worth the time they ask for my number even if I say no thanks 😬

Virtual Drive-Thru - AWESOME idea
The virtual drive thru is a great idea. I can order ahead of time through the app, tap “I’m Here” as I pull up to the parking lot, leave my car description, and they bring my drink right out to me. No more waiting in line!!!
Really convenient
Been ordering Roxberry regularly for a while now. Drive through can take way too long sometimes so I was stoked to have the I’m Here feature to get it run out to my car.
Virtual drive through
I love ordering through the virtual drive through. Make an order, tell them you’re there, they bring it out. It’s awesome! Easy app experience.
