Hi Mark, We have fixed this issue within 24 hours of reading your review. The problem was actually with a website we maintain called Polyglot.club which had connection issues. We have been unable to find a support request from anybody named Mark. Please understand that user reviews are not meant to be used for support. If you have an issue with one of our apps, please email support@vidalingua.com When you post a 3-star review you are penalizing our company. Apple bases search results on review ratings and an app has to have a review average above 4.7 these days to have a chance at building a business that can pay its collaborators. Vidalingua is an indie developer, which means we don't have hundreds of millions of dollars of VC financing such as Duolingo, Babbel or Rosetta Stone. We rely instead on our users, which we consider partners, to help us succeed.
