Rubbish
Used to be really good and worked literally like Uber but now not so much. You can book on the app but there’s no info on estimated arrival time or map to see where the driver is. You get texts to tell you it’s delayed but not eta. Shame really.Icklemaximus
Let down by scheduled bookings
The app is simple enough to use, but I was really let down on the night of my wedding. I pre-booked 4 taxis and none of them showed on time. One guest ended up waiting an hour in the cold on their own - there is nothing in the app to tell you when to expect a car to arrive. I ended up having to call them and the operator seemed confused about the number of cars I’d ordered. Not sure why they bother offering pre-booked services if they’re not able to honour them.Show lessJohnnb23
Can’t add cards
Uninstalling because I can’t add any bank cards. My old card expired so I removed it from the app and when trying to add the new one I get an error. Tried again the next day, same problem. Tried with my other bank card, same error. Tried a friends card to see it would work and nope, same again. I only have the cash option now and most people now don’t carry any cash. My phone is my wallet. So now I have to phone in to book a taxi as the app is pointless for me.Show lessNoremác
App not well responsive
Once u go to find a taxi, it just keeps looking for ages and u can’t cancel it, u restart the app and it keeps looking, which is nice, but u got no way to stop itHaffsmeister
Waste of time
Pick up time means nothing constantly have to call the office to find out when a car will actually be on the way, if u pre book a taxi through the app it only starts looking for a taxi for you at that time so if there’s a 45 minute wait and u precbook for 15:30 don’t expect a cab before 16:15, promises a lot delivers little considering the other firms are a little cheaper no reason to use thisShow lessWhere's the sidebar
Straightforward and useful app
I’ve had no bother using this app to book a taxi - specifying a time usually easier than asking for one immediately. Great to be able to pay by a linked credit card too. Straightforward interface and I like that I have car and driver details sent to me by text. Would definitely recommend.AJ_Willingdon

Sovereign Close next to Monarch gardens. Only option you can select is “Sovereign Close near to ASDA” can select house number and road isn’t shown on map.adamatt
