First time using and very late
Pre scheduled a taxi and it arrived 10 minutes after I booked it, first time using this app probably won’t be using again

Needs tipping AFTER the journey is complete
All in all it worked. However hte GPS sent the driver to the wrong pick up location - awkward in an area you don’t know. The estimated cost ended up 10% over - on an absolutely optimal journey. And most annoyingly you can’t tip the driver after your journey (some taxi apps do allow this) - I’m never going to tip automatically before the journey has even started.
