First time using and very late
Pre scheduled a taxi and it arrived 10 minutes after I booked it, first time using this app probably won’t be using againNeeds tipping AFTER the journey is complete
All in all it worked. However hte GPS sent the driver to the wrong pick up location - awkward in an area you don’t know. The estimated cost ended up 10% over - on an absolutely optimal journey. And most annoyingly you can’t tip the driver after your journey (some taxi apps do allow this) - I’m never going to tip automatically before the journey has even started.Show lessStreamline taxis app

It’s a great app, but you could do with the option of being able to tip your driver at the end of your cab ride, because what’s the point in tipping them beforehand, if you don’t know if it’s gonna be a good rideDoes not sync
Given 1 star as used a few times and it doesn’t sync with the actual company. Each time I have had problems getting the car/seeing where they are etc. also the time you add for the booking is the time it’s “requested” not arrival.

These guys used to take phone bookings for specific times, what one might call a booking. Nowadays bookings are taken but you remain at the whim of drivers who can choose to “accept” bookings, or not. So a booking is only the prospect of a booking, and as such it is not really a booking. Basically Uber but without the user control, so much worse.Show lessUseful but irritating
It is impossible to set the pick-up point, ie my home, exactly. I’ve wasted too long doing this so now I just use the nearest number to my houseDon’t use this app
Awful. I was charged £14 and didn’t receive a taxi. This company charges £8 on top of your fee for EVERY JOURNEY that isn’t explained before booking. I enquired about a refund and they said it’d take over a week and had 0 empathy for causing me to be financially short. Horrible service
