Amazing!
What an amazing App / Company! Easy to book and use Apple Pay or a card of choice or cash. The app is always updating where your taxi is / if on way and then your journey to where your going. You get an automated phone call to say your taxi is pulling up. First time using app and I must say I am so so impressed! Taxi driver was brilliant too!Show lessgeorgiasoph
Decent App, Service Could Be Better
In general, the app itself works pretty well, but have experienced several occasions where a taxi would accept my request only to drop it a few minutes later for presumably a more attractive fare. That’s does not provide a good customer experience and is not acceptable. If this continues, I will look elsewhere.Show lessNicholson8
Pre-booked and didn’t turn up
When we then rang to ask where our taxi was - they told us that a booking - “isn’t a booking, it’s just based on availability so nothing they can do” … Terrible. What’s the point in having an option to pre-book?NikoM809

Very slow.
The app lets you know how long you’ll have to wait for a taxi before you book it. Sadly it’s never accurate & generally I’ve had to wait 20+ minutes when it gave me a 5 minute estimate.Laurxry

No accessible taxi choices.
You can now choose a pet friendly car on this app, but not one that is wheelchair accessible.
This is an update on the previous app, where previously you could neither. Thank you for listening to repeated requests to make this app accessible to people with disabilities.
