Update ruined everything.
Hardly opens and when it does your are forced to navigate a terrible user interface with many irrelevant things. Classes are harder to find and look at in an organized fashion. Sometimes less is more when it comes to functional design. I implore the devs to admit to themselves they made a terrible mistake and change it back as soon as possible.Show lessEgood

Lost $500 vouchers
The app wasn’t working when I tried to redeem and then my vouchers were expired. I told the sales rep at Tai Koo and they just told me they couldn’t do anything. What a scam!HermanKam
The app doesn’t function
Couldn’t even log in with correct user ID and password, let alone to book any classes. Very frustrated, wouldn’t join the gym after the trial finishes.Very unlucky customer
