Useless “New” Version
Pure’s first app was already bad and this “NEW” 360 version is worse.
Why am I unable to book classes through the app a day in advance? I was able to do so with the previous one.FreshSpam

The app has very poor UX. It’s crowded and not visually appealing. Dislike using it. No improvement from older apps.Spg183939
Half-baked
This app has been available for months, but doesn’t have even basic functionality.
There is no way if you forget your password to reset it yourself; instead it must be reset by the Pure staff and that means they know it.
There is no way within the app to reset your password.
This is a huge security issue and exposes each and every Pure members’ account to being compromised.
When are you going to get this basic functionality implemented in the app? It isn’t rocket science. It isn’t difficult. And it is frankly table stakes in this day and age.
Moving beyond security to stability, the application crashes EVERY TIME you book a class.
And then onto usability, there is no guidance on which yoga classes are appropriate for someone starting out.
How am I as a beginner to know that I shouldn’t go to a Level 1 class, but rather to the Basics Class which is almost never taught?
Sorry, but if it was possible to give zero stars, this is what I would give.
Are you ready for a massive data breach? Because that is what will happen if this isn’t changed.

Thank you for your feedback. You can click the “forget password?” in Login page and fill in your username. You will receive a “Reset password” email to set up your password. For app crash issue, Please contact our front desk or send email to info@pure-international.com to follow up your case. Under our "Book Now" schedule, there is a filter. You can filter out the class by level, so you will able to find out Basic class for beginner. The first time I opened the app I put in my login info, and then it crashed. Now it just crashes immediately after opening.

The app crashes every time I log in. I cannot use it at all. Losing valuable time with my membership. Checked using my wife’s phone/membership and the exact same thing happens. Needs to be corrected ASAP.j10burns
