Good for ordering but doesn’t update order status
The ordering function works well — I’ve used it a few times with good results. But you can’t use the app to see whether your order is progressing, what delivery date is likely, whether the item has been shipped yet. That would be an improvement as currently you can’t find these things out unless you phone Noel Leeming.

Easy to use
The app is super easy to use and the compare products feature is so handy!
Smooth transactions and great website alternative
Like shopping on the app much better than the website as the results appear much quicker and having the options to share the listings easily is a good option to have.
Purchase history
I’ve never use a e-commerce app like Noel Leeming in which the purchase history is not synced up with online account, which make me hard to track. So ridiculous, don’t understand why the rate of the app is more than 4

Worker customer services
Noel leaning has an issue with customer service thing. They need to re evaluate it and train the staff properly. If someone complain regarding a specific service, the CS should do something not totally ignore. My shipment was delayed for any reason, I can understand that, but I kept sending them and their reply always the same, wait for 5 days, then after more than a week, I need to contact them to ask them to update me, and the reply, wait 5 days. Now, it’s more than 20 days! And no reply or update! Unbelievable service. I never experienced a CS such like NL one. No recommendations and no buy again.

No Farmlands support, seriously!!
One of the best things about this app was being able to see the pricing of products with the discount of the Farmlands card applied.
Told to upgrade and now I can’t sign in because I have a farmlands card registered, definitely not a forward step Noel Leeming, please get your act together and sort this out.

Doesn’t show purchases
I’ve made purchases on the NL website before, but none of these are listed in on my account within the app’s Purchases tab. Seems like a weird thing to miss out, but it defeats the purpose of an app.
Worst delivery app ever
Now the reason why I say this is the worst delivery app is because when ever you order a package it will take you more then 1 month but it will feel like the delivery takes 10 years to arrive and that’s not great because recently I have order a Apple Watch series 6 and it haven’t arrive it about 5 months which am not happy about

What function does this app provide that the website can’t?
I bought something online with ‘click and collect’ but this app wasn’t able to tell me when the item was ready to collect. It just said processing and didn’t give me any updates.
