Needs a “keyword” search eg to search for properties with views or coastal or things of similar interest to narrow down for the buyer

Payment

I tried to look to see if payment required before installing and after it installed it said payment gone through !! And no where can I find to cancel it !! NOT HAPPY JAN!

Hi there. This is a message that displays when downloading any app from the app store regardless of whether payment is required or not. The reiwa.com app is free to use and would not have charged you for installation. Kind regards, REIWA.

Good but...

The REIWA app is good but it would be even better if you were able to apply more filters just like the website.
It would also benefit from being able to save different search parameters for different locations.

Frustrating

While the app is good in that it focuses on WA properties it is sooo frustrating:
- Every 4 or 5 listings is an advertisement
- The “exclude sold or under offer” filter doesn’t exclude these properties (or all of them at least)
- the exclude “vacant land” filter doesn’t exclude these properties (or all of them at least)

Hi there, sorry to hear you have had a negative experience while using the reiwa.com app. The 'exclude sold or under offer' filter does exclude all properties that the agent has set as under offer or sold. What you may be viewing is the text field, where agents can write a description and can write text in there before setting the status as 'under offer' or 'sold'. Unfortunately, reiwa.com does not have an 'exclude vacant land' filter. Kind regards, REIWA.

Can’t advance search on app

Downloaded the app which is user friendly compared to the website on an ipad.... but can’t advance search eg. pets allowed, what features to include etc.

Good app. But needs more filters

Title says it all. I like the app. But I find myself going back to the web page because the lack of search filters is annoying.

Please add more. In fact why not just add all the ones on the web page?

Rental

Options are too limited. For rental surely there needs to be option for furnished/unfurnished.
Regions are too rarely defined. Need to enter every suburb if seeking a rental within the total metropolitan/outer metropolitan area.
Restrictions on “nickname” is totally frustrating.

While we do not yet have the functionality to search using advanced filters such as furnished/unfurnished, you should have the option to search wider areas rather than suburbs. Advanced search?

Great app but needs advanced search- why make an app that does less than the browser!

‘Property Snapshot’ missing

The listing when viewed in Safari has this information published and is unfortunately missing within the app. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars from me instead of 3.
