Idling and lockout issues
I have a new iPad and I’ve been unable to synch & sign into my app for weeks. I have years of information on this app. Tech is having issues resolving. I unlinked Facebook sign in in hopes this would resolve the issue. Now I can’t login to the app anywhere. Tech has reassigned my signin to my email and it is still idling everywhere.Show lessWon’t upload videos
I have a 7sec video that I’m trying to add to an exercise and it says the video must be less than 3 minutes. It would be a great app if this feature worked.Developer Response

So, what I feel is at least half of the premise of this app, doesn’t work. When you create a program for a client, attempting to share it with them will land you on the loading wheel and not progress. You’ll be stuck there.
I’m running the newest update, newest iOS all on an iPhone 11 Pro, connected to gigbit wifi internet. It’s definitely not my phone.
I contacted their support about this and have yet to get a response.
At this point, I cannot recommend this app for online trainers, in good faith.Show less
