Broken since last update
I’m pretty sure my Army bomb v3 used to work prior to last month’s update. I was unfortunately not able to use it for Bang Bang Con Live. Cannot connect to Bluetooth now. Very disappointed after spending so much money on this light stick. Please fix it.ghislainec
not working??
for a couple of days i thought my army bomb wasn’t working and i broke it or something because it wasn’t connecting but i figured it out( only for iphone ofc 🥴). this is what i did. i disconnected all of the things i had connected to my bluetooth and then turned off my bluetooth and force restarted my phone. then i turned my phone back on and i turned the bluetooth back one and opened the app to try again and everything worked fine!Show lessHeyyyyouneverknow

My BTS light stick would not connect to the app
I really loved my lightstick I bought it on online but it doesn't connect to the app but my other friend bought it on online but her lightstick was able to connect to the app but mine would not work so I just had wasted my money for a light stick that doesn't work 😢D0nG6903
Plz someone tell me why this is happening
I have been trying to connect my army bomb but every time I try to connect it it keeps saying connect even when it says hold close to the screen I do and still says the same thing and when I went to settings to see if I needed to connect it the thing for my devices on Bluetooth keeps loading and this has never happened before right when I got my army bomb it it never stopped loadingShow lessbrooklyn847
Army Bomb Won’t Connect... Why?
Of course I wouldn’t know the exact answer, but since Apple released the new 13.4.1 update I haven’t been able to connect my Army Bomb to my iPhone or my iPad. Before the update I could, so I think this app needs to have a little update to fix the problem. I hope this reassured some of you! Thank you. :)Show lessyoongisjamss
Can’t connect to self mode...
I can’t connect my army bomb to the app in self mode. I’ve tried everything, but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work. I got this at one of the concerts in London (and it is an official lightstick too) please help 😭Katherine✨💫
What is BLE?

Really good app but
don’t get me wrong this app is really great except the face that when i have to check the battery for my lightstick it doesn’t properly work. it always says the lightstick is going to die even when i put in new batteries it still says the same thing. my guess it is just the app not reading it properly. i really hope they get this fixed especially during concert tours!💜Show lessWallpaper_vibes

If the app doesn’t work for you either your army bomb isn’t real and u got scammed or u didn’t turn the Bluetooth in on your army bomb or phone if u turn it blue it should work and there are videos to check if your army bomb is legit.ranikaa
