The app is a totally trash. You cannot really put your name on the board, so many times the app just was closed by itself. Commerce can’t even hire some IT specialist to fix it. Totally neglect by Commerce casinoSfimanh

Live waitlist doesn’t work, app almost feel useless. I have also email their tech support so many times, they reply by saying they are on vacation, this app is equivalent to the casino service, Don’t waste time to download it. 1 star rating is pushing it. Can’t see waitlist
Would like to see waitlist without having to log in every time. Still can’t join the waitlist. It’s April 2021.randycoon

Tried registering multiple times, called in and was told that you cannot register yet even though I have a commerce ID.300/500 500/1500

As others have said...I can’t add myself to waitlists or even see any games to be able to. Location is always on which I don’t like either. 2 mile geofencing means I can never use it as I leave 10 miles away and it’s impossible to drive and use this app.

Waitlists No Longer Work
When first downloaded, waitlists would appear for all games pending/going in the poker room. Now, no waitlists appear regardless of location settings being Always On.
While the app is still useful to see how many tables of specific games are going, view comp balance, etc. my primary reason for downloading no longer works.Show lessMRod611

Can’t put name on waiting lists like advertised. Staff has no idea what’s wrong with it. Really lamehbsocalkid
Still Needs Work
If the app worked like it was designed to work it would be a great app. Unfortunately the app still has a few bugs. I’m noticing on ios phone that the comps don’t seem to update. You literally have to remove/delete the app and reinstall to populate your comps. Additionally, if you select to allow the app to know where your location is “while using the app” opposed to “always” the option to be added to the “table waitlist” won’t work...Show less5150dude
