Had lights about 4 weeks and already had several problems with the app failing to log in which then stops my google working. Just have to keep waiting about a day and then is starts working again. Please update program.Jase1970
Network Error
This is a good app... however i can’t login now because it says network error even when i have full Wifi. If you could fix this i would be very grateful1..2..3..4..5..6..7..8..9..
Horrendous.
I am stuck without a light in my bedroom. The app will not open due to “network error”, even after linking to google home, it still will not turn on, after I left it turned off. Why does the app log you out every time too? Awful. Plain awful.ks13901
App works to turn on but doesn’t connect with Google Home

They are definitely a good Christmas present, the app works fine and I can link it with Alexa for instance if I say: “turn on my bed lights.”
However I can’t get alexa to play music with them it only works from your phone.maddiecolman

The lights and the remote work, but the app is just straight trash like what even, I did what it told me to and the lights didn’t flash the WiFi network won’t work the app is horrible and I feel cheated out of my money and so does everyone else, as you can’t tell with the comments ppl aren’t happy with it, DO NOT BUY!Show lessCburge99
They work, however...
The lights and the remote work together. However, the app is troublesome and it does not let me log anymore, claiming network failure, but it worked fine before you updated it. Also, why is my music selection so limited? Why can’t I open Apple Music through the app and play any song I have? not working
The application was working fine until the most recent update. It’s now begun saying that it can’t connect to the network. I’ve tried multiple different connections and tried cellular data but nothing’s working.ryan sea
Awful!!!
Diabolical app. Wouldn’t link to Alexa, saying the password was wrong, eventually fixed the issue by missing one digit off the password!!! Connected a smart bulb which initially worked ok. Have since bought similar bulbs which will only link to this app, only to find I can’t log in with “network error” constantly displayed.
