New to StormX
I have recently bought a couple of thousand worth of StormX token.
Had paid attention to it previously; but became convinced after watching a couple of interviews with Simon.
Bought in at approx. $.057 or so; and obviously down a bunch right now. However, I believe in it’s potential; utility; and that this will be the way in the future.
Have connected a Trust Wallet, am staking; and have now made several purchases with their partners through the app; for getting token back.
What I am unsure of is how to withdraw awards and then stake these; along with a couple of other items.
This is all new to me; and I am sure these are easy items to fix. Just would like some guidance; or a better way to follow/explain in the app.
Other than that - am enjoying using it; and look forward to the future as a StormX holder.Show lessH2o12345
Cant use StormX Play
I’ve tried to use StormX play but i keep getting a notification to enable ad tracking and I have. There’s no app below the ad tracking section and it hasn’t requested any permissions at all. Not really happy about that.jacm.k

Bad Customer Service
It seems like there is one person in charge for all customer service issues. She stopped replying to a issue where a app didn’t payout after completing task. No response at all after inquiring several times. Also it is a very convoluted process to get rewards with no indication that you are doing it correctly. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Not a guaranteed process and customer service is not good. Basically this is a waste of time. I do not recommend.Show lessthe outlaw1

I honestly never really write reviews but i honestly really love Stormx. the team behind it is great and are constantly finding ways to improve. there’s so many places you can buy from that i never expected to be on there like Nike, CDKeys, and even Kroger. The app is incredibly easy to use, it basically pulls up the website on the app and you just make your purchase like usual. they also have a google chrome extension for windows which makes shopping a little easier since it’s on the computer. I can’t wait for them to add new stores i really wish they had more electronics like maybe Newegg or Bestbuy but i’m sure that’ll come with time.Show lessDave Guy1503
