Worst app I have used. Can’t even get it to connect to my phone. Have tried everything in the manual and online. Don’t even bother registering.
Wi fi is a fraud
So irritating ! I needed the wi fi function ,had fitted the unit adapting it so cant take it back only to find its a con. Buy the bunnings model its a bit more money but it works ! Aldi lift your game .....
Can’t register
Been trying to register the app on my phone for over a day and not receiving a verification code! I would put 0 stars if I could!

I have 2 Stirling Air Conditioner and when it was the ALDI app it worked perfect! As so as it changed to Stirling App it no longer work on 3/4g only on WiFi if you are at home with the remote why would you bother to get your phone out to turn it on or off it’s totally useless and when you call the help number they are useless and to be honest show absolutely no interest in trying to help you surely who ever made this app knows that it doesn’t work yet have done nothing to fix it shame on Aldi for allowing this to happen

Wi fi does work
When I tap the icon it wants me to login which I can’t since when I put my email in as my ID it says account does no exist. “Forgot password?” I input my ID and it says Verification code, click on it and it says account does not exist. Downloaded reloaded the app, the same. Called tens of times. No joy. Hopeless

Google assistant integration is broken...
Started off working OK, but now will not set or change temperature by voice despite continuing to allow turning on and off... reports an error that command is not available in current mode... please fix.

New update and still can’t connect, should’ve brought a better brand that all features work - no phone support apart from “ did you follow instructions “ this is rubbish service. Not recommended to purchase
