Security Unclear: Why Whatsapp Numbers?
Seriously don’t understand why this app needs my whatsapp numbers for OTP. Not everyone has a whatsapp in their personal phones for security reasons, especially with Indonesian weak digital & cyber security. OTP code can be sent to regular messages instead. Very inconvenient & unnecessary.

The app keeps saying the authentication code sent to Whatsapp, but no code received. Already tried it 5 times, no change

bought a ticket through the app, it succeeded then the app crashed. my ticket’s almost gone in vain if i didnt delete then reinstall the app...seriously pls upgrade
