Leave a Review Midi Echo AU
Do NOT buy
An absolute rip-off.
Why are Apple even allowing this on their App Store?
It’s nothing but a pdf document saying how proud they are of the app.
But there is NOTHING to use.
Nothing in AUM, GarageBand, Cubasis.
It’s a grift, people.
Don’t fall for it.Developer Response
Hi, All AUv3 apps have two sides - run it standalone & it will show you the manual. Run in an AUv3 host like AUM or Audiobus & it will run as intended (with the controls). MidiEcho is a midi audio unit (not an audio only audio unit) so needs to be selected correctly in the host. Eg in AUM press + to add a channel strip, select Midi, then press the + circle. Pick Audio Unit MIDI Processor & scroll down to MidiEcho - pick that.Bad
A fake app that basically doesn't work and when I log in it gives a white list and I can't work on itDeveloper Response
All Apple AU apps run standalone & as an audio unit in a host(AUM, Audiobus etc). By running the app directly you are in standalone mode so see just the list. Run the app in a host & you will see the panel.Easy to Use Yet Powerful AU Midi FX
I’ve had this app for awhile and it’s a great midi tool. The ability to set the amount of midi echoes, then sequence those extra notes is a really cool feature. On top of that you can set the time to sync to the host or run free. It also has the ability to pitch the midi echoes up or down. Although it seems like a relatively simple app with the different parameters and some adjustments you can get it to do some very interesting things. Definitely recommend. Cheers!Show lessDeveloper Response
