Major Changes: . Fixed IOS 7 crash on startup - sorry for delay! . Added iPhone zoom top/full/bottom now use full width (3 buttons now replacing + before) . Updated to latest AB library 2.3.1 (28th Nov 15) . Fixed IAP MidiFx was showing chords instead of MidiFX on main menu - this worked if going through skip button panel . Fixed midiLearn not saving mappings . Added Chord strum tempo sync - chords will arpeggiate up or down using tempo divisions (so 1/1=1 note per step interval) . Extensive rewrite of midi input to sequencer &/or output . Removed Options Output latency - use per device output latency instead to delay midi Minor Changes: . Fixed Limits - lower was fixing at F#8 . Fixed Tempo slider showing when Slave mode and exit panels that cover up LHS . Optimised floating messages for all devices . SkipButton - Rotator fx was showing as Ostinato . Fixed midi Thru playing two note on's if fx . Fix fx Rotator playing loud - was not capping vel to 127 and giving strange results . Rotator Fx now saves/loads settings even if transpose or harmony off . Rotator Fx button in FxPanel was getting lost when swapping fx in slots . Complete rework of all graphics to allow retina iPhone 4,5,6,6+ screen resolutions - including zoom feature (+ button on extreme left) Retina enabled. Note: IOS7 users please try the Lite version first. Now contains code to be fully multi-threaded - needed for new upcomming clip sequencer app which can run 20 instances. New midiFX - Rotator - a chord with rotating middle note Latest Audiobus sdk 2.2.2 Improved touch Transpose now ranges from -24 to +24 Set the Start & End of sequence using [ & ] buttons Improved midiFx blurred graphics Moved Shift L/R to reset menu Midi Fx - Echo - now allows 2 decimal places in gain (0.00 to 2.00) Double tap tempo slider brings up panel to enter integer tempo (like Transpose slider) Added new hardware midi CC mappings : moog Sub 37, moog Sub Phatty and Analog 4. Increased bank snapshots to 100 (from 40). Added new < button on performance panel to scroll backwards Bug Fixes Was not playing first step on SLAVE start Was not able to save to slot 11 Was not resetting %probability to 100% when reset all done MidiFx - Echo - fixed issue with echo note off - only apparent on monosynths Removed WIST - it wasn't working anyway OMAC disabled in IOS9 - awaiting fix from MidiBus as IOS9 security limits access to other apps. Transpose only loaded from snapshot if Include Controls enabled - was always doing this.

MidiFx - 8 effects you can use to filter, compress, limit, remap, transpose, %chance play and echo your step notes, velocities or midi channels. Additionally use velocity switching to redirect velocity ranges to different midi channels New Transpose panel to let you pick any value from -24 to +24. Option panel rotary to allow you to add delay to all midi output.

v1.8 adds Audiobus 2 (presets and state saving - will reload bank and snapshot saved in preset). Midi learn (all 16 Notes/Velocity/Gate%/Channel, Tempo, Transpose etc) can be automated using an external controller. Minor bug fixes.

This new version sees a major overhaul to include up to 16 midi controllers per step (Sysex, NRPN/RPN, named CC's etc) Enhancements: ▪ new colour scheme - cool blue. ▪ monitor function - enables you to hear steps by touching. Can also play sliders (even whilst not playing) to make MS a controller interface. ▪ complete rework of midi controllers - now have 16 midi controllers : ⁃ Each can be defined as Continuous(0..127), NRPN, RPN, Program Change, Aftertouch, Pitchbend or Sysex (or custom) data ⁃ Can record these into midiSequencer too. ⁃ Optional one byte entry for NRPN & RPN ⁃ CC's can be named to match hardware (will update list on future updates - Novation Ultranova & Waldorf Q & Blofeld) ⁃ Key(polyphonic) or Channel(monophonic) aftertouch on step notes ⁃ Pitchbend (14 bit) ⁃ Hex pad entry for Sysex data (up to 76 bytes) with autolayout ⁃ Sysex data not restricted to sysex - can be any midi data you wish! New IAP Chords and Added notes per step. Each step can now have up to 127 additional notes, each one can be adjusted for loudness and length relative to step note. Choose from easy pick chords to which you can freely add or remove Added notes or even invert them in the chords. Convert any additional note to the step note - all additional notes will then be relative to this new step note. Enhancements Audiobus 2 supported with remote stop/start, goto step1, enable/disable record midi in & midi out. Option to have one-touch load in performance panel (settings option) Rewritten key scale picker. Added Major/Minor Pentatonic and Wholetone (C,Db). Midi CC32 will change snapshot 1..20 (with enable/disable in Options). Works with cycle to enable synchronisation to cycle reset. Mute buttons on front screen for all 16 steps (skip button x or Rx also mutes). Steps can be forced to chromatic scale to allow foreign notes in scales. Label shown in yellow. Ability to send midi CC's only (notes muted) for CC automation over keyboard play. Can use control increment/decrement buttons with linked controls to increment/decrement all 16 controls new ornament ratchet - 6 added (step sub-divided by six) Repeat step (x2,x3,x4) - like Intellijel Metropolis. Works with muted steps, cycle & bounce too. Keypad entry for tempo. Bug fixes Note names for invert key are now always chromatic rather than scale Cycle button state no longer saved/loaded with snapshot. Modified all rotary controls to follow touch to make selection easier. Snap to start/end values. Midi Start was continuing rather than resetting to step 1. Two or more midi stops now reset to step 1. Midi clock/start/stop/continue as midi in not disabled by front panel record-in button (which affects notes & cc's only) Truncate long device names (e.g. iConnect2 + iCM2 ...)

Major Enhancements: Completely rewritten to use MidiBus library to get rock solid midi clock, messages and OMAC & enable future features (e.g. sysex & MTC). Now have 4 optional & independant midi controllers per step. Improved graphic performance on most controls & app switching (50% less CPU). Device panel allowing individual device(network, virtual, midi interface or app) setting of active(on/off), midi clock(active) & latency. Latency per interface from 0 to 1000ms for manual synchronisation control on external equipment and slow apps File save/load/rename/delete of working bank = named file of 20 snapshots + user entered description Skip buttons brings up moveable panel for easy changes during play Introduced note conform to scales (chromatic, major & harmonic minor ascending) with enharmonic note names. Increased gate% to 400 to allow extended note on (and therefore overlapping note play, longer/shorter ornaments etc) Clock multipler - now shows all 4 options at once for multiples. Ability to draw controls using swipe and instant place using double tap (both optional via settings). Banks can be shared via email and managed externally via iTunes file sharing. Minor Enhancements: Clock multiplier keeps same (if possible) tempo - will clamp to max in range(0-255,0-510 in steps of 2, etc) Performance rollout panel (invert key rotary and ornaments on/off & snapshot load) Added new ornaments: Acciaccatura, 2 & 5 tuplets (so now have 1,2,3,4,5 repeated notes in one step interval possible). Midi enabled & device rollout at launch (use Settings to disable this if you wish) Randomise controls option to restrict to within current min/max range(i.e randomise between top & bottom control values shown) Nudge Left & Right now rotate sequence even during play or delayed until cycle reset Transition from NoteTime/StepTime during play virtually seamless. Ornaments ignored if BPM>=200 Loop type now picked from list Tempo set with slider and decrement buttons always >0 to stop accidental stopping. Use Stop button for this. Step chords and added notes

Add preset chords and customise with additional notes to play chords instead of single notes in a step. Each additional note can be individually controlled for loudness(velocity) and length(gate) as a ratio of the original step chord.

Add midi effects to step sequencer, echo, compressor, limiter, filter, transposer, velocty switching.
