Fantastic app for tracking mileage/hours based maintenance
Thanks to its integration with Strava, this app makes it easy to keep tabs on maintenance and component wear. It’s extensive database of parts also makes it simple to add parts so you can go to the level of the specific model or use something more generic (e.g. cassette) to keep tabs on any component you wish to track. My favourite feature is that you can add a component at any time and backdate it to the day you installed it and the mileage/hours will be calculated based on your Strava data.Show lesscrevello84

Component list is deprecated, no rockshox deluxe shocks that I could find, no 2020 suspension from rockshox which has a different service interval recommendation. Lifetime of components completely outside of reality with tires at 1200+ miles and brake pads 2000+ miles, no tire or pads are gonna last that much, same for chain. I will have to name components and manually add service intervals! Not worth the money compared to what strava gets you for free, only benefit is that you can track time vs only miles.Show lessmfa81

Thanks for your honest feedback, and I'm sorry that ProBikeGarage did not meet your expectations. We know there is still a lot of work to do, and we're actively working to keep improving the app. Among other things, we plan a major update of our catalog before the beginning of 2020 to follow all the industry news in the last months. About pre-defined service intervals, they are just approximations, and we recommend our users to update them to suit their own needs better. Components' wear directly depends on cycling style, weather, surface, and a long etcetera, so we think there is not a "correct" value that will work in all cases. You can always use your own definitions as a template for new components in the future. And by the way, ProBikeGarage allows you to receive maintenance notifications, register services, swap parts between bikes, and a lot more. So "track time vs only miles" isn't the only benefit you get compared to Strava.Dark mode hides text and images

I like riding a bike. Over the last 4 years I’ve ridden/commuted to/from work 6k-8k-11k-11k kilometers annually. While not record braking volume the kilometers add up fast and failing to do maintenance in time is costly. I’ve kept track of components on my Strava account but Strava doesn’t send reminders. This app syncs with my Strava account, allows me to add any component I want, define the start date, retire a component and above all schedule maintenance intervals and most importantly sends me reminders. For the $2.99 it cost it saves me €€€ if not €€€€! Perfect.Show lessGordito1973
Didn’t work
Tried about 5 times but the sync to Strava didn’t work (time-out) and it appears I can’t progress from the sync screen.
Needs a trial version for free.
UPDATE: I was contacted by the developer. The Strava sync is working! The app is a little rough but useful...so far. I set up some gear and will monitor. I love the idea of what it promises. We’ll see if it delivers. I changed from 1->4 stars.Show lessHeavyLoader

Really neat idea but would be better to show the remaining hours against all components on the home screen to get an idea as to what’s coming up soon.Paul5566

Thanks for your feedback! We'll use it for future improvements. Meanwhile, the app will show you a warning icon next to every component that is reaching its end-of-life or next service (when it is at its last 10%), so at least you can get an overall idea of the status of your bikes and parts.
