Fixed issue that caused the app to crash when loading on iOS 12.4. Known Issue: Notes field scrolls off page when the keyboard appears. Swipe and scroll to the bottom of the page and the notes field will be shown.

Added support for dark mode. Updated Send and Export functions to use the "Share" functionality of the phone instead of only email. Removed 28 day minimum cycle length.
