Just does not work
Saw a 20% discount offered for booking online via app only. Loaded ( 3 times now) . Can put departure and arrival airport then impossible to put a date in. Just doesn’t go any further. Given up. Will book with Sun Express.Obmuj

Same problems as Reviewer on 29th App, Error message given when correct PNR & surname entered to retrieve my Booking. Luckily I had my laptop with me to checkin, but App needs fixingReclaimedretro

Enter your PNR and surname and it gives an error can’t find the PNR booking. I’m going to be away when I need to check in,I will only have my mobile phone and app to check in so if the app does not work this means I can’t check in and you are going to charge me a large fee to check in at the airport !Show lessdnrhcisbfifbebcidbcnd
