Potential
I can’t get the app to notify me no matter what I do. I even have the minion cams which is fantastic. This is getting more and more disappointing. No notifications!! How is that going to help if someone is getting into my home or taking my vehicles???? I don’t understand the multiple screens. The first screen is a frozen image from earlier. When I walk in view it is so slow and captures me well after I enter the visible area. This cam has great picture quality however the app need improvement. It’s surveillance for a reason.... my tend app for $27 cameras is fantastic but they are not for outdoor use. I have been using them outfits in teen weather and get notifications left and right.Show lessMitch TC
Works great
Not sure what all these haters are in about. The app works perfectly. You pair the camera and the app lets you see through it and records when motion is detected. Not sure what you want the app to do beyond that... s your d?Lobo2u
Good hardware...sad state of app
This product can be great if the product team at Soliom would just push some useful app updates. Key areas for improvement
- notifications need to be more mature. Setting a call-in doesn’t have to apply to every single PIR activity, but should be for doorbell category only
- light sensitivity is too low and annoying
- app performance is slow
- no need for so many different screens. Just lump the most useful stuff on main screenShow lessvedicrip
App is ok.
I see everyone is complaining about the ding dong sound, yes very annoying but easily turned off. In the device list tap the sprocket icon and change the push mode to something else. This is also shown in the user manual that nobody looked at. A lot of 1 star reviews for this app because people are too ignorant to learn how to use the app. SmhShow lessMxzchris

Poor App
Beside the device itself is of poor quality getting to work has been the issue but the issue is that what the app says vs what the device tell you are completely different. Very poor productAP-2010
